How many of us has signed up with a fitness club and were committed and ready to reach your goals? Then once you pay your money and sign the contract you find yourself in the middle of the facility with tons of treadmills, bikes, elliptical ,weights, machines, and T.V.'s all around you and have no idea what to do. From experience most new gym members flock toward what they are familiar with the T.V. which is located on the bikes and treadmills. As a former Personal Trainer with numerous commercial gyms I can tell it is not your fault! The commercial gym is designed to confuse you by putting you on the gym floor with no way to achieve your goal so the salesmen can lure you into signing another long term contract for personal training sessions. What you did not realize was you signed up with the gym to get results the gym knows you can not achieve your goals with out a knowledgeable Personal Trainer,so they make you sign another contract for personal training that should be included with the expensive membership.
Moreover, I often observed in-effective practices binge performed by Personal Trainers in the gym. Taking notice of this I sought to become knowledgeable in fitness so I can do what I have a passion for which is helping others. Search after search turned up a myriad of internet certifications which you can obtain by taking a simple test on-line. Passing a simple test on-line was not acceptable for me to say I was knowledgeable in the science of personal training. Presistince paid of when I located the National Personal Training Institute, a school designed specifically for students who wanted to become knowledgeable and professional fitness instructors. The National Personal Training Institute's 500 hour curriculum consisted of 100 hours of the Theory and Practice of Personal Training, 100 hours in Basic Nutrition, 100 hours in anatomy and physiology and 200 hours of Practical Application of Personal Training. Through the National Personal Training Institute I have been certified in Nutrition and Personal Trainer. With the most knowledgeable professors at the National Personal Training Institute I learned multiple effective ways to train the general population as well as athletes. Using only proven science in personal training and nutrition gives me the ability to personalize exercise prescriptions and nutrition recommendations for the vast majority of the population. Using only reasonable, rationalism, safe , and effective tactics in personal training I have the ability to achieve my goal which is to guide you to yours, in the safest, fastest, most effecient way possible.Developing a training regimen designed for people who do not have time to go to the gym 5 times a week or prefer not to exercise unnecessarily, with Smart Efficiency Training you will be able to achieve your goals with training just 2-3 times per week with 2-3 times the results.
